As we look forward to this summer, I am sharing a Summerland family photography session from last year for inspiration! Milestones are a fantastic reason to book a photography session outdoors in the Okanagan. And as for a place to do it? Who doesn't love the beach. Sun Oka in Summerland is surrounded by trees, so there is variety for photos both in and out of the water.

When you book a Family Milestone photoshoot, we combine the best of memories. Watch your little one grow up. You have the chance to get Mommy & Me photos. Dad & Me photos, and even get special photos with grandparents!

Cue a first birthday celebration and visiting relatives, baby D got lots of love at the beach last year during this early morning session! Morning can be perfect time for a beach photography session as it is usually quieter - but because of the bright summer sun, morning sessions are scheduled early! (Alternatively we can schedule in the favourite "Golden Hour" just before the sun sets for a pretty evening glow. As a Summerland family photographer I do love golden hour!)
